Clean Choice Energy has been a great choice for me for the opportunity to be my energy supplier. They made it really easy by keeping it simple by not having to change my info and allowing National Grid to maintain my information and to be my contact while the rates are improved for me. Customer Service has been great and they are always available if I have any questions. Very satisfied with the price and service I am receiving!

this is the 2nd time you have sent me info for clean choice energy, your prices are much higher than national grid. I compared them . the service was not well . you lied , you told me. It took me forever to get my reg carrier back , Now you sent me info to join again . I am looking for a lawsuit to file against your company . Nancy Lombardo ,

Started this service about a year ago. At first it seemed okay. However the last couple of months I have been charged by clearchoice over 300 on my bill which my bill in total was 589. If I minus what they charge me my electric bill would have been much lower. We are now cancelled! However, I feel we were robbed and should get a refund.

While the quoted rates are very competitive when the DQE bill comes there are surcharges for using Clean Choice as the commodity supplier. This brings the monthly charge over and above the charges posted by DQE.

Yes, it’s 100% renewable, and the kWh rate looks great on paper, but the generation and delivery fees FAR exceed actual usage fees (like triple!). I use NO CENTRAL AIR AND NO AC and turn off lights and unplug devices, yet my most recent bill is HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS. I switched back today. EDIT: I looked further into my bill and see that the initial rate with which I was lured in had tripled. Wish I’d noticed and switched sooner. Bait and switch.
