As a former State of Maryland Clean Choice customer who had lost the privilege of continued membership due to unwelcome political opposition towards free consumer choices of a more varied options for ecological energy resources, I was a very satisfied user of Clean Choice’s wind and solar energy choices and hope that our future might afford our State citizens to be offered s freer choice of energy alternatives.

I like using clean energy but I'm puzzled with how you establish your rate since when I click on CleanChoice ads to see rate information, it constantly changes from day to day.

Hi Jim, thank you so much for leaving us a review. We appreciate you making the switch to pollution-free electricity with us. We establish our rates based on several factors, but the main factor is the market cost of electricity in your area. You are seeing changes day to day because, like any other commodity, the cost of electricity does change day to day. However, we do offer fixed rates that lock our customers in a fixed price per kilowatt hour from 12 to 24 months. Please reach out to our customer care team at 888-444-9452 or at [email protected] if you want to lock in a new fixed rate. We are available over the phone Monday through Friday 8am to 7pm ET, and 24/7 at [email protected]. Thank you for supporting 100% clean energy!
