Finally, an HRMS that actually does what it promises.
I've used a handful of HR platforms over the years and ClayHR is the first one where I genuinely didn't feel like I was fighting the software. We're a team of about 100 people and ClayHR has been one system that successfully brought our workforce across multiple countries onto a single platform without creating additional administrative complexity. As the parent company based in Ghana, with subsidiaries in Liberia, Côte d'Ivoire, and Sierra Leone, managing employee information, leave requests, performance reviews, and goal tracking across different locations was becoming increasingly challenging. ClayHR made the transition remarkably smooth and provided the consistency we were looking for across all our operations. The mobile application has been particularly valuable for our teams, allowing employees and managers to handle leave requests, approvals, and other HR activities conveniently from anywhere. The performance management module has also had a positive impact on our organization. Features such as goal setting, periodic performance reviews, and feedback mechanisms have helped create a more structured and transparent performance culture across all four countries. One aspect to be aware of is that ClayHR offers a comprehensive range of features, which means there can be a learning curve during the initial implementation phase. Some employees required additional guidance during onboarding to become fully comfortable with the system. We also experienced a minor issue with mobile geolocation functionality early in the rollout, but the support team responded promptly and resolved the matter efficiently. Overall, ClayHR has helped us standardize HR processes, improve visibility across our regional operations, and provide a better experience for both employees and managers throughout Ghana, Liberia, Côte d'Ivoire, and Sierra Leone.

Thank you for your review Andrews. At ClayHR, our focus is always on helping HR drive key business outcomes, and multi country operations are a common use case where ClayHR excels. Also, we frequently see that customers value an all in one comprehensive HR system, which can unify payroll, core HR, hiring, learning management, performance management and strategic HR, like career and succession planning.
