The time it took to arrive was too long. There needs to be an option for expedited delivery. Also, the charging unit needs to have a regular electrical outlet connection.

Please send an address to return the hearing aids. They do not work as well as advertised.

Hearing is unsatisfactory have had others before that were better.

Hearing Aids were as described ! I would have gotten them sooner but the weather held everything up which is understandable ! I am still testing the sound and modes , so far I am very happy with them ! I have only had them a few days !

can't use with supplied equipment and no response from chat and e-mails.....I need some help to use them...now I hate you guys.

Pros Clarity of sound. Easy volume control. Easy setup to choose the surroundings. Reasonably priced. Prompt deliver. Cons Can not be turned off when not in use(to preserve battery charge.
