I ordered 2 strapless bras. One came with missing hooks. Both were way too big even though I ordered the size based on their size guide. No one fron customer service will give me instructions for a return even though i sent them photos of the damaged bra. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

First time I ordered: Underwire bra - exceptional. Customer Service - very good, prompt, kind Delivery - over 2 weeks is not good at all However, I have ordered a 2nd time and let's see what happens this time.

I purchased a swimsuit for my daughter. It arrived in a few weeks and is just as pictured. She really likes the style and color, but the top is not as supportive as she was hoping. She calls it a lounging or floating suit, not a swimming suit.

I ordered a “denim” cardigan/jacket. When it arrived it wasn’t even close to being denim! It was 100% polyester. I have done exactly what their instructions say to initiate a return and have had to re-initiate three times so far and never get a response. I wish I had read these reviews BEFORE I ordered from this company. I advise you, do not order from this company. It is a scam! What a rat race!

First of all, delivery was great! The person came to my door (apartment on 3rd floor) and handed it to me. I was excited to get my new dusty rose summer top. It’s very pretty, good style and fit. My only small disappointment was that it needs ironing, not my greatest asset. All in all, a pleasant experience. Thank you!

I ordered a pair of pants. When received the label was cut off so no way of knowing size or fabric content and when I tried them on they were at least a small compared to the large I ordered. They were very odd Since they say complete satisfaction when contacted they were quick to respond and offered me 40% and I could keep them. To return I would have had to ship to China and they never let me know where. Their return policy is bogus and their product was terrible. Alarms went off when I saw the tags cut off
