A little misleading
I purchase a 5 user TS3 server and paid for the addon for a music bot. After the music bot was marked pending for hours I made a support ticket, just to find out they can't give it to me because "it's not profitable" on there end. But they were offering the service? A staff member then proceeds to join my personal TS3 server and force me a refund without notice. A little confused on why they were offering a package they couldn't provide in the end. Disappointed.

Ken, Unfortunately, we can't create all the software needed to run this business, so we rely on other programmers' software. Every once in a while, we run specials to help gamers that don't have a lot of money. These specials will sometimes incorporate or bundle a service not intended to be part of the special. In your case, you took advantage of a five-person special for $2.00 a month. By the time you remove taxes, licenses, bandwidth, microtransactions, and the time to answer this claim, how much do we make? Nothing. So you claim you paid for the music bot. You never paid for a music bot. Do you know of any business that gives aways services for free and makes a profit? We did give you a free admin bot that adds 15 additional functions to your Teamspeak service that holds a value of $3.00 per month and you're disappointed? Seriously? On our order page, it says : Sinusbot - The Musicbot Server - $2.50 USD Monthly + $1.00 USDSetup Fee Order a 25 Man TS3 Service & Your First Month Is Free - We'll add the discount code sinuslove2018 for you automatically. The last screen will reflect the discount code, and you will see the price for the first month is FREE. You can cancel any service here at any time. Remember, you must purchase a 25 man Teamspeak Server For the Free First Month! You ordered a five-person Teamspeak Server, not a 25 Man Teamspeak Server. You never paid for a Music Bot. The admin who explained this offered you a refund so that you could purchase a 5 Man Teamspeak service with a Musicbot for $2.00 from another provider, and you said yes. We gave you a refund because you said yes. We all here go out of our way to help gamers, and we do it because we love what we do. I'll be running some free offers soon, as soon as we release our new client area. Regards
