Circle MedicalReviews of circlemedical.com

I've had the same provider for two years and she's superb. I'm happy that there's still an in-person option with her when needed. The phoje interface is simple and the bots are efficient. All issues with prescriptions and billing have been solved quickly.

My care provider was friendly, warm, and outgoing and helpful with the entire process. She was also honest and upfront with advice and costs during my visit. She made me feel very comfortable and safe.

Mia Gaw is amazing! She makes every visit quick and easy. I recommend her to anybody looking for a PCP!

The medical professionals on this platform whom I’ve had the privilege of seeing have all been incredibly patient, caring, and genuinely interested in getting to know me and understanding my needs. They’ve all been an absolute pleasure to deal with. Thank you, Circle Medical, for providing such exceptional care!

Paid cash out of pocket and was clear I had ADHD and that was exactly what the appointment was for in the first place - I meet all the qualifiers for it. I was paired with an NP who "wasn't comfortable treating me" and wanted me to "go see a psychiatrist instead". A complete and utter waste of $200 to put me with an NP who isn't appropriate for seeing ADHD patients when it is clear and known up front that is what the apt is for. DO NOT book with this company for services.

My provider(s) were great. The first one had to cancel when my healthcare provider changed some rules and suddenly the provider was no longer in network. Although not my fault, I had to wait to get another provider. Then, with my new provider, I missed a few appointments over a couple of YEARS. Twice was my fault, once was theirs, as I could not log in. I also had late appointments due to instability from their platform or dropped appointments, but was still charged each time, whether it was through my insurance or a $50 late fee. (I have to see someone monthly due to the medication I take). I give it 2 stars because my provider was wonderful. Sadly, I will miss her.

I am a patient of circle medical and when I initially scheduled my appointment, I accidentally chose a doctor, and had an appointment with her, who did not accept insurance. So I ended up paying 100% out of pocket. When I made my follow-up appointment, I scheduled the appointment with a doctor there who accepted my insurance. The appointment was canceled last minute and I was told that I must continue with the original doctor. There is not a number to call anyone, and I cannot respond to the message of the cancellation. So what do I do? I guess I'm unable to continue to be a patient of theirs. That's a really unprofessional way to run a medical business with patients who rely on you. There's no phone number and there's no way to contact circle medical to use my earned and payed for medical insurance even though they claim to accept it. Extremely disappointed!!

This is an easy experience the first time, second time around completely messy. My father is disabled and I am caregiver we used doctor Charity Mugadza. She told my father to see a specialist after our 2nd visit and refused to treat him for a rash. On top of them missing our first appointment she hung up on my father acting like she couldn’t hear him. Do not use circle medical please.
