If I could rate a 0 I would ! I ordered a human 360 200 density wig and got a artificial Plastic mess . Now I have to find another style for Christmas ! Never Again!! RUN‼️‼️‼️‼️

I did not receive what I ordered! I called my bank and desputed the charge and sent the wig back to the address on package. I really suggest you all call your bank or card company and not paypal! I have reported them to my bank as a scam as well!

TERRIBLE customer service. My wig took weeks to arrive, and when it did, it was NOT what I ordered. They also do not provide a customer service number, so you have to email them, which takes time. When I informed them they sent me the wrong wig, they said, "There is a little difference between ads and the real product. We don't have the totally same product." So, in addition to bad customer service, you cannot trust what they advertise on their website. DO NOT ORDER!

Wigs are so bad they are unwearable. Not what is pictured on their website which has to have nothing but fake reviews. Do not buy from them!

DO NOT ! I REPEAT, DO NOT PURCHASE! I Should have known that with the price they were offering for three wigs that it was questionable! I did receive all three wigs, NONE of which I chose. Where is the 360 lace and human hair that is promoted ?! I have learned my lesson from crooked e-commerce sites and will always read the reviews prior to purchasing! None of your reviews say anything good about you! Throw the whole website away !

I have received 2 really crappy wigs, not what I ordered - one had the strings all hanging down - the cap didn’t fit - and they will not answer my emails - and to make this better the number listed doesn’t work!! I am not letting this go!!!

I received my 3 wigs that I ordered on Black Friday and I am SO DISSATISFIED with my order! None of the 3 wigs that I order are 360 Lace and they all look the same. I was really looking forward to the Brazillian Water Wave 360 and I even had my own Mother order from this site and now I have to tell her that CiCiWig is misleading their customers! I CiCiWig are false advertising, misleading, and taking advantage of their consumer because the wigs on their site had wonderful reviews but the products that I received because they are no where near what was advertised on their website.
