Expertise and knowledge, friendly and helpful answered all my questions, and i had alot of them. Great site to track progress to see where it is, and timely completion of the passport renewal. Highly recommend!

Thanks for the recommendation. We appreciate it.
Very happy with the process of getting a visa - it was easy to use although it would be better if it was made clearer the time frame for submitting a visa application before actual travel. We are "earlybirds" and applied 3 months before our travel date, CIBT advised us of this and undertook to submit the applications at the correct time. We received our visas within 3 working days of the revised application submission. Unfortunately, there was an issue with the date on one visa but this was rectified within 1 day. Cannot fault CIBT response times - will certainly use them again.

Gina helped me out, communicated through the whole process, and got me my password a day earlier than expected! Highly recommended!

Kurt, thanks for sharing your positive experience and your kind words about Gina.
It was a terrible experience, I was provided with information to finish my visa application only after my business trip and there was no way to cancel it for free so they charged me 270$ without even providing a visa. And I also had a very bad experience with customer service saying that it was basically my fault and that there was nothing else to do other than pay a cancellation fee.

Thanks for sharing your positive experience and your kind words about Shane.
When I had a problem I called and was given good advice as to how it could be resolved. I did exactly as instructed and hey presto within 2-3 days my visa had been approved and I was in receipt of my e-visa. These days most calls take a very long time, however, to my surprise I was connected to a human being very swiftly and given excellent advice. A great pity that so few companies or organisations are able to provide such a swift, painless service.
