Misleading , took longer to receive passport and the order was broken up. I got my passport In a month a letter saying I'd get my card in about 2 weeks after that but I paid for the service to be done in 2 to 3 weeks. The price is not clear there was a repeating charge on my credit card. I would have felt better having a 45 in my side being robbed then the way they did this.

The CIBT web site was confusing and at times stopped functioning, yet I was charged a standard service fee each time. It required me to call CIBT. The line dropped the first time and I never got a call back, so I tried again and this time it was successful; I was able to reconcile the multiple invoices. I also find the information for Sri Lanka misleading. The CIBT web site indicates a 2 day transit visa is free and provided a link to a government site that never worked. It always had errors or timed out. The result is that I had to pay $70.69 for each person.

very efficient helpful delivered on time a bit pricey but worth it if tou have a time crunch

I needed a business visa for India at very short notice, and I was very stressed about not getting it. The team was incredibly responsive throughout, handled all of my anxiety, and in the end I got the visa within 2 days which just made my entire week.

The service was provided efficiently. However I feel that the website is very misleading about the eyewatering handling fee. When starting the process, the website informed me in large font, that the charge for a 1 year evisa would be about £34. At the end of the process, my invoice was for £234!! Going back through the process again after I got the invoice, I found a question asking whether I wanted a prompt service, which was then followed, in small print, by details of a £180 handling charge and a £20 consular fee. I was misled into thinking that these charges only applied if I opted in to the Prompt Service, which I did not. The website is (possibly deliberately) misleading as to the final cost. CIBT should be far clearer up front about the total level of their charges.

Super easy to complete the process and really quick and responsive service. Worth spending the $$ for the peace of mind this gave us.

The whole process of renewing my passport in a timely manner was totally pain free! Sent in the paperwork on February 1st and got my passport today - February 17th. Thank you CIBTvisas! Dorothy W.

The staff were very helpful and responsive, and made everything clear. And I got my visa rapidly. I paid for the Concierge service, and while very pricey, it was worth it for my peace of mind. Bruce
