Exorbitantly expensive for the service delivered.

Prompt service , however being neurodivergent the site was really difficult to navigate and took a long time to complete . My suggestion would be to look at the wording ,layout , type facing and think about changing the background colour to off white / cream

Needed to get visas for a trip and CIBT was suggested by Saga/Titan travel. Some of the required answers for the countries visa were ambiguous but the CIBT help line staff were very good at helping me through it. Yes you pay for their service but the visa application is guaranteed to be approved.
