1 star – Misleading product and extremely poor customer service I ordered an electric one-touch motorcycle licence plate holder, as clearly advertised on the website. However, I received a completely different product — a standard manual holder, not an electric one. I contacted customer service on 10 August 2026 to report the problem. It is now 4 October 2026, and after almost two months, I still have the wrong product and no refund, replacement or proper solution. Instead of resolving the issue, I keep receiving generic replies apologising for the inconvenience and telling me that the case has been forwarded to another department and is being “urgently verified”. The latest response, received on 4 October, was essentially the same message I have been receiving throughout this process. Almost two months is more than enough time to verify an order and correct a simple mistake. I paid for an electric licence plate holder and received a standard one. I should not have to spend weeks chasing customer service to get what I actually paid for. This has been a very frustrating and disappointing experience. I would strongly advise potential customers to think twice before ordering from this company.

Ordered a bracelett bending machine but received a pair of pliers with nylon blocks, totally not as advertised. Wish I had looked at the reveiws first. Goods received are not as advertised.

Scammers don’t do business with this company. Order a bangle bending machine and got nothing like advertised. Should have checked first.

I ordered a jewellery bracelet bender for making bracelets & bangles. I received a cheap item not as described or advertised. It looks nothing like what I ordered, & won't function the way I intended. It's obviously been an Ai version taken from an authentic product & used on their website.

Ordered a cassette player, was sent a cheap Bluetooth speaker in error. Lots of emails apologising for their mistake but the product has not been replaced. My emails are now being ignored. Do not use CHYRICH

Finalmente he decidido denunciarlos por publicidad engañosa y estafa
