Churnkey has been a game changer for our business. We went from 33%+ churn and have reduced our churn to 26% in 8 weeks... and it keeps dropping every day A new tool released this month just recovered a ton of cash for us I've been an extremely satisfied customer so far, and recommend Churnkey every chance I get

We've been loyal clients of Baremetrics for more than eight years, primarily for their dunning services. However, when we discovered that Churnkey not only provides similar services but also features an exceptional cancellation flow builder, we felt compelled to test it out. The onboarding process with Churnkey was seamless, and their team was always on hand to promptly address any queries we had. The transition was effortless, and we couldn't be more pleased with the outcome!

The integration process is simple and the results are immediate - we've been able to reliably reduce the number of users churning on our product. The product is constantly improving and the technical support is excellent. We have been able to get very fast responses to any technical questions we've had - we can trust that we will not be left fumbling in the dark when using churnkey.

The experience using Churnkey was totally awesome. When we used the offboarding/cancellation flows, we saw a 20% reduction in cancellation rates, which we could immediately reap the benefits. The product is so easy to use and has great design taste. It was easy to integrate the features with our product. We are happy with the features that we decided to move other churn reduction features from a competitor to Churnkey! Other than that, Rob from Churnkey had been very responsive with our queries and requests. We had faced some engineering difficulties, and Rob was swift in his response and pushes features for us to suit our product needs. I would say that he performed above and beyond, and we're so glad that we stumbled upon this product!

As one of the first 20 users to sign up for Churnkey years go, I have seen this platform grow and involve in the ultimate churn prevention and management software. My favorite aspect of the platform is that everything is handled automatically. I only had to add one or two scripts and the rest was handled. Not to mention, no matter how much the business as grown, the support is always stellar. Highly recommend!

Churnkey’s retention platform is in a league of its own. Cancel flows and dunning are easy to setup, extremely effective for reducing churn, and constantly being improved to stay on the cutting edge of retention strategy. The customer experience is unparalleled. Churnkey takes the time to understand our business, and the team goes out of its way to monitor our retention and offer recommendations whenever they see an opportunity to improve cancel flows or failed payment recovery.
