Thank you for your feedback. We apologize for any frustration or confusion you’ve experienced regarding our membership program. Christian Divinity is a members-only platform dedicated to offering affordable options to grow and show your faith. We also donate a portion of our monthly proceeds to charity, contributing to the distribution of Bibles worldwide. Our mission is to support and uplift our members in their faith journey. To ensure transparency, customers must accept our membership terms by selecting a checkbox at checkout. Additionally, our system sends emails detailing the new membership and providing log-in credentials. We apologize if this process was not clear and for any inconvenience this may have caused. We regret that you feel misled and that our responses have not met your expectations. Please contact us directly at [email protected], and we will assist you immediately in resolving this matter. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We hope to resolve this to your satisfaction and restore your faith in our mission.
