I was pleasantly surprised to find my box of “goodies’ I had ordered at my door only days after I had placed my order. That was unexpected, superior service

The only thing I did not like is that I purchased an item online and I never received an confirmation email of the purchase and never received a tracking number. I had to call customer service asked them for information on the product tracking info and I was told that they had the order but could not give me info on when it would be shipped.

Not well at all. You were on back order for months and when it became available you did not reach out to me. I eventually checked your site again and it was available so I ordered it.

I have always found Christensen Arms representatives to be both responsive and knowledgeable.

Received my muzzle brake and was scuffed up like it had been wrenched on to mount. Didn't seem to have any carbon like it had been shot but was all marked up. Was discouraged with quality standards so ordered another brand to view theirs and guess what, perfect product. Much happier
