Absolutely horrible chain of hotels. They treat their customers terribly. I hope you other customers out there never have an issue with 1 of your hotel stays because if you do, you're completely out of luck with these clowns...

Awful customer service - told to check out early due to a total power outage at hotel and refund for 2 nights would be given. Now hotel refuses to issue refund, management doesn't reply to contact and choice hotel customer service are useless Avoid all choice hotels - will never use again

Quality Inn 3537 West Broadway, Council Bluffs Iowa. Besides being a stinky room, these people ripped me off and I have a lawsuit pending regarding my deposit. These people are asoles. They don't answer their phone when they're standing right in front of it. I suspected it and so I made a test. I watched these arsholes watch their phone ring when I was standing right in front of them. They weren't busy. They were lazy which explains the smell in the room. How do I know what I am talking about? It's my job. I stay in hotels over 200 nights a year. I have almost no home life. When I say something regarding hotels, you need to listen to me. I am so not done about this hotel! These people ripped me off for my deposit. I have now opened a lawsuit against them. They think they are going to win. It's so funny. Before I am done I will own all they possess because of $100 they refused to refund. The local family, Choice Hotels, I am setting out to make them die. 200 nights a year, so you should listen to me, Wyndham is where you want to go, not Choice Hotels. Choice Hotels behaves poorly every single time in my experience. Now that they ripped me off for 100 sawbucks, they can go f*** themselves in every which way possible. I'm going to give another hotel chain to try to do right. Choice Hotels is a big fat failure!

They worst experience you could ever have at the Sleep Inn, in Liberty Texas! They told me the reason my refrigerator did work was because I put food in it. so I took a picture to prove this stupid notion is Ludacris! When have you ever heard of a refrigerator not working because of the food or amount of food on the refrigerator had to much food in it. ducking insane if you could see the picture of amount of food actually in the refrigerator. Again, INSANE!!!!!!!

This company went from my favorite to my absolute nightmare. I stayed long enough to become a Dimond member then the hotel I was staying at while my house was being built went from 12,000 points to 20,000, it's a 2 star hotel also in dollar amount that 248 a nite . I think I'll be changing hotels thanks choice

Doesn’t even deserve one star, we stayed here for any event on October 7th 2023. The service we received was absolutely atrocious. I cannot even believe a front desk manager would talk to guest and treat guests the way we were treated. 1- we waited an hour n half for our room, which they had to inspect 3 rooms to make sure we could stay in one. We waited ever so patiently with our kids in the lobby no problem we understood they were busy. 2- they told us they would bring up pillows since we now had a sofa bed for our kids. 3 when checking out the front desk manager was extremely rude to us. I’ve stayed at this hotel multiple time for events and have never been treated so poorly. I’ve called corporate multiple time they requested a refund. I called the hotel talked to the hotel manager he said he was going to figure things out and call me back in a couple days. It’s been a week and I still haven’t heard back. Just called again and the female “front desk manager” was again extremely rude to me! I do not ever recommend staying here unless you want to be treated poorly. There’s no restaurant or bar anymore. You’re better off staying somewhere else with better service.

Econo Lodge Inn & Suites (PA279) Chambersburg, PA 17201-299 NEVER EVER STAY AT THIS HOTEL. This hotel was like staying at a halfway house in a third world country. Alcohol and drugs, quests were so loud with music and partying way into the early morning. Bugs were in the room, room was dirty and so run down. We were tired after a long travel day so I did not check the reviews before booking. I looked at the reviews after we checked in and realized I made a huge mistake. We did not feel safe at all. Don't go by the early reviews because this hotel changed hands and management does not care about this hotel. CHOICE needs to take these type of hotels off their site... they are damaging their brand

Quality Inn Hampton VA for vacation was heartbreaking. I booked rooms that had dirty floors dead and live roaches in the bathrooms, I requested my rooms be switched after trying to clean them and took pictures of the conditions, my grandson has severe allergies & continued to sneeze, so I was moved to a new rooms looked at before moving into, I decided to move into them had vinyl flooring that would be better for my grandson's allergies, I wiped room down for dust and sprayed Lysol, I went out for food came back to have reports of roaches in rooms. I left in tears at check out after discussing it with the front desk they did not care and continued to say call Choice. Issue meant nothing to GM.
