Chit ChatsReviews of chitchats.com

Today we eat at Chit Chat diner. The food was delicious. But the service was even better. Thank you Joanna! She was very kind and special. Very helpful too, the total package. Thank you for sharing this experience with us. Love, Sofia

I used Chit chats around 7 years. Yes, sometimes i have issues but compare with another shipping companies I put them 5 stars. They have good prices and amazing customer Service. Just note some situations can't be controlled due many partners in another countries

Those of you reading these reviews should keep in mind that the vast majority of customers of any business - the silent majority - do not bother to post reviews. I have used ChiChats for my business for 8 years. They have rescued my small business and I have saved literally thousands of dollars compared to what I used to pay with Canada Post. In terms of reliability, I would say they are better than Canada Post - fewer lost packages and good, friendly client support. I don't have much experience with other courier companies but I am very satisfied with ChitChats and highly recommend them.

I have been using Chit Chats for my business for quite a few years now. NOT once have they ever lost a package of mine when transferring the package from Canada to USPS in Washington State. They have been a real game changer for providing affordable fast shipping for Canadians. I have been reading recent 2025 reviews left for Chit Chats and people don't seem to understand that US Customs has made a lot of changes this year and they keep changing requirements to ship parcels into the US and they are enforcing them. It is not Chit Chats delaying packages, it is because people are not filling out Customs forms and labelling products correctly, and the shipment is being refused by US Customs. When this happens it delays all shipments in that truck and then Chit Chats has to go through every single package to make sure people have attached a label with the Country of Origin right on to the item itself correctly, and marked the Country of Origin and the correct tariff codes for each item on the paper work. There is also issues with CARM right now on returns coming back into Canada with Chit Chats and other carriers since it came into full effect with Canada Customs. This issue is being caused by CARM and not Chit Chats. We can not ship as we use to anymore, it has gotten way more complicated. People need to keep up with the changing requirements on both sides of the border and stop blaming Chit Chats. Chit Chats has supplied all the information to their customers so that they can comply with changing US Customs requirements. You can't even walk into a Chit Chats without seeing it posted on their front door and there is plently of information on their website including videos explaining everything.

So far so good. Got to use them during the Canada Post Strike and everything went well. sent about 12 parcels out. All delivered and no issues.

ChitChats has been AMAZING for me and my small business. Very streamlined, well organized, fast and affordable! I love being able to schedule a pick up for consolidated shipments as well.

Have only started using Chit Chats because of the postal strike but so far, the service has been great! Cheaper, faster and more efficient than Canada Post to send parcels from Ontario to Vancouver Island. I guess because they use independent couriers across the country, the service could be hit and miss, but so far, I'm a happy customer!

I am new to Chit Chats and I have been meaning to sign up for a few years as a small Canadian business owner, but the Canada Post strike this year made my decision final. First off, the Chit Chats customer service has been wonderful, helpful and friendly. I had lots of questions about the platform, shipments, payments, etc. I found the platform to be very user-friendly and easy to use first off. I live in Gatineau, QC and from here I can schedule pickups with Canpar who then take my parcels to Chit Chats in Montreal who then get them shipped. The rates are much more reasonable compared to Canada Post and hope they stay that way. I ship to Canada, US and Int'l. I really hope I get to have a good experience with them in the long run. So far, I highly recommend them and hope they get to setup a drop-off point in my area (Staples Plateau would be good), but pick-ups work, too! Will be back to write a review after I have used their services for some time. Thank you!
