I was really reluctant to purchase a wig, I just didn't believe I'd wear one, and thought a topper would be an easier transition for me. I got some great advice and tips from Erica but as a beginner I was really confused with toppers and I probably should have just purchased a wig. I will definitely next time, and Erica was really patient with me and my thousands of questions.

First wig from Tressallure! I bought the same colour the model was wearing . I find the colours with this brand hard to figure out. Called client service and Amanda told me what the colours were and links to other wigs with these colours - tremendously helpful. Brianna is cut to look like a lot of hair. However very light!! Love this look even though i tend to buy pixies!! Would get again! Thanks as ever to their great customer service!!

My wig is beautiful. It's so natural and realistic looking and I get lots of compliments when wearing it. I have it in shaded biscuit and the color is honestly gorgeous. I would highly recommend it. It took me some time and the customer care team at Chiquel was so patient, can't thank you enough!

First impression out of the box was OH NO! I hated it. BUT I started playing around and got a better idea of how to wear it with the layers and longer bangs. Ordered in Dark Auburn Mix. It's fairly dark for me but it's a gorgeous color. Very shiny at first. That can be tamed. I didn't bother. I wore it to work the day after I received it. It's super comfortable even out in the wind. The fibers are amazing and move like natural hair. I'm ordering in more colors. I absolutely love this one! It was a pleasant surprise and worth being patient to get used to it. Monofilament part is great. Low density. Doesn't seem like any permatease/machine teasing so it lays flat. Absolutely wonderful service and help from Chiquel.

This was my first time ordering from Chiquel . Rachel is beautiful as usual( FS24/102S12) and I was very impressed with the excellent customer service in regards to my inquiries. She was on preorder, but arrived sooner than I expected!

I've shopped with several wig companies, but you can tell Chiquel cares about their customers. It makes you feel like you're not just a number and I really appreciate that

I received my wig and I love it. I’ve ordered another one becaI liked it so much. I wish they’d been able to contact me about my item taking longer than the 3-6 business days to ship because it was on back order. No one notified me, I had to contact them. But once I did they told me what was going on and my item shipped nine business days after ordering. It’s a beautiful wig, especially for the price and for synthetic.
