We also see that only one redeem remains pending at this time. We'd also like to clarify that the 24-hour timeframe is an average processing time, rather than a guaranteed timeframe for every redeem. When the processing queue and overall system load are low, redeems can sometimes be completed within just a few hours. However, when several redeems are submitted at once, processing can take longer and may sometimes extend over several days. We understand that receiving different information regarding the processing of multiple redeems may have added to the confusion, and we're sorry about that. Once a redeem has entered processing, particularly when payment processing is involved, there are situations where the timeframe is affected by factors outside of our direct control.
