Margarita national day 2-22-26, ordered the patron special. Was drinking pleanty of super sweet syrup frozen. No tequila patron taste whatsoever. Asked them to take it back and explain why. Ordered a top shelve Ice tea, same sweet syrup and no taste on any of the 4 liquors it normally consist of, ask the waiter if it was top shelf, she said yes. She then got me the manager and I explain again, she said she was going to have it redone with less syrup. Tasted better, not great. Why would I pay top dollar for top shelve to be given syrup instead. You guys keep on getting bad reviews and you will eventually loose your clientele as you just lost me.

I spent $104,the salad was small and nothing to it but did have a piece of plastic in it.

Chilis Bullhead City, Az The chips they gave us were grease soaked and all broken crumbs. Like they put everyone’s left over chips together and served them. We asked for more chips because they were broken, never got them. Ordered the triple dipper. The hot chicken was so over cooked, dry and skimpy pieces. The sauce was so oily and it soaked the cheeseburgers & cold eggrolls. The avocado ranch sauce had corn kernels in it. (Must of got spilled in the sauce). The eggrolls were so doughy & chewy, my wife ordered the crispy chicken sandwich. Over cooked and super greasy, too much coating. Fries good, side salad was mid, had a lot of wilted green with brown lettuce. Have eaten there before many times, never this disgusting. Waiter was very friendly and polite.

ordered 8 piece buffalo wings and the rib combo plate with sausage, ribs, chicken tenders, fries and mac. all the meat was overdone and tuff with not much flavor. wings were really tough and lacked flavor. Mac and cheese was a stuck together ball of noodles. FRies were barely done enough to eat. This was at the Thomaston, Ga location.

Very disappointed in chilis changing their queso no more meat very spicy nit good at all

We've been to a number of Chilis with the best being in Rock Hill SC. Fantastic hamburger there! So... we stopped on the Fredericksburg (Southport) location anticipating a good meal. Nope - it was sorry - seems like the food was cooked and left to chill before being bought out to us. The loaded fries could not be lifted from the congealed cheese without cutting them out from the bowl with a knife. The restaurant was probably 10% full at 2:30 pm and a man was collapsed on his booth table passed out. No kidding. What a shame. We are through trying new Chilis restaurants. No, we didn't complain about our $48 "lunch" but absolutely deleted this one from our gps and attempting to get it from my memory. Hoping this review gets me over that experience.

I’m do a refund of $48.99 Waitress presented the wrong bill. Aug 31, 2025 4:17 pm I paid it and then was given the correct bill. I had to pay my full bill. Was told a refund would come in 10 business days. It’s been 18 days. They will not answer the phone to help resolve this issue.

Quesadillas were dry and hard as shoe leather. NO SWEET TEA !!!!!! Ribs were way too lean, no meat.
