Sometimes a slower transition, mixing a small amount with their current food and gradually increasing, can help, but we know that doesn’t always work for every cat. The trays should always arrive fully sealed, so we understand your concern, especially with a sensitive stomach. Regarding the elongated trays, those were part of a temporary packaging change, and we understand they can be more difficult to portion.
