I went in to order my food due to the long lines. Every since they changed the drive thru your wait is so much longer. I made my order and when I got home it was completely wrong. I ordered 2 large chicken soups and a number 1 with two sweet teas. They gave me two Tortilla soups and my chicken sandwich tasted like old fish. I’ve never had any problems until last night. Very disappointed....

Great customer service. Good food considering it is fast food.

Chicken seems like a lower quality than in the past. Very greasy and made me sick at my stomach. Will no longer eat that crap.

Chick-fil-A is my favorite fast food restaurant. They have great customer service skills and I have yet to get my meal wrong. Their food is amazingly wonderful. <3

Very disappointed in you chick fil a the one location i go to today for lunch to get a free chicken sandwich- they tell me this location is not participating...well I've participated at that regular store VERY often and won't no more...very disappointed.

The people there are always polite and smiling and the chicken is never dry. That’s a huge plus for me.

Always loved their food, bot had a bad experience last night, the store in homewood Illinois just opened. I was very excited to only be disappointed my fries were like ice and greasy and I've had chic fil-a in other locations and states, therefore they really need to step their game up. No serving cold food

Really bad experience with terrible staff and poor menu. Doesn't justify the price, best avoided. Reading has better options for families and their hard earnt money.
