Good service, fast delivery and product as advertised

First time I ordered from Chewy and by far the best on-line service I have ever received. I ordered the largest bag, over 27 lbs., Orjen Senior Dry Dog food. Received my confirmation and was just waiting for the arrival. About 2 or 3 days later I received a call from their representative telling me that due to a shortage they cannot comply with this particular order, (while the Rep was speaking I am thinking, couldn't they tell me this 2 days ago), but they will send me 6 of the smaller bags which will be more than 27lbs. for the same price as the larger bag. I thanked them but was still skeptical about getting the 6 smaller bags and maybe the food would not come in time. A huge box arrived one day earlier than initially projected and sure enough there were 6 smaller bags at a total of 33.+ lbs. Chewy is the greatest company! I recommending them highly!

chewy.com has nothing but the best products for pets and their pet lovers who want nothing but to treat them like family! Plus the customer service is great and the deliveries are impeccable.

Looming for a specific food for my cats and Petsmart has stopped caring it. I found Chewy via Amazon and was very happy to see they had it in stock. I ordered 4 cases and setup up monthly delivery all on about 5 mins. 2 days later it was at my front door. Can't get easier than that.

The prices at Chewy.com were excellent on Cyber Monday. Even without the sale price, several items were priced better than any other online site.
