Called yesterday to have a vehicle towed, in Fairbanks Ak, was told 30-40 minutes it ended up taking them about 13 hours and only then after I complained to a supervisor who “escalated “ the service. But this isn’t the worst, last winter call chevron to have a 4 wheeler winched out of ditch. Talked to them in the morning and got several updates saying they were still looking for a tow company. After more than 12 hours I guess they gave up because they closed the call out and didn’t do anything. 4 wheeler ended up getting stolen overnight because we couldn’t stay there and watch it all night. They know it was stolen and all I got was a half-ass apology. If I could give this lousy company minus 5 stars I would

Excellent young man at the Chevron oceanside harbor location Ty for the great service

Chevron on Metric has horrible customer service, they used to care about the community, I can get credit less than 20.00 and on the 1st, I would pay in full. A new tall guy works there, he is a straight up ass hole, he made it bad for the customers and their credit. The Owner is another form of Trump, the community do not want him or his business in our neighborhood/community. The short guy that’s works there at night has excellent customer service and cares about our community. He can stay. The owner and is boyfriend can go to hell!!!! Leave our community, leave our neighborhood. Go away!!!

Customer service is a joke! Security is a joke to them. Someone has been using all the discounts I have saved up for months. Customer service could care less about securing my account. I will NEVER spend another penny at a Chevron station!!!

Chevron uses Journie rewards to try to create loyalty. That program is garbage. They rip off the customer from all angles. I tried and tried and tried to use it and hoped for a decent reward for loytalty. BUT they are not interested in loyalty. You will be offered UP TO 7cents a litre for up to 100 litre. Well most cars do not take 100L!! They do not give you the remainder of the reward. It is only on the next fill. Today i had to fill a can with 20L. So after spending 300L ($600) I get $1.40! Better go to Canco. Chevron does not deserve loyalty. Journie neither. App deleted. Goodbye Chevron.

Not only are the prices higher than everywhere else, they stole more money by taking my payment for the car wash then the car wash was not working! Twice! The employees are useless. I emailed corporate and they promised to give me a free month of car washes to cover my costs. Twice they promised. They either lied or are completely incompetent! I never received them, my car is dirty and I'm angry.

Is very sad to go Chevron gas station. Is too expensive when pay with card . Oné dolar more than pay in cash. Por example, in Military trail and Gun Club road in West Palm Beach. $3,75 in cash but $4,75 in credit card. This is not right. Is more better apply the same price of the other gas station.

I just had the worst experience with a customer service rep from Chevron that has caused be to close my account. She was very unprofessional and clueless.Moving on
