I used their services recently and they did not disappoint. They go above and beyond. The support staff is outstanding. I worked specifically with Lee on an issue (that was not Chef's Deal's fault) and needless to say the support was professional, timely and the dedication was unwavering. Thank you to Chef's Deal and their outstanding team.

Zoey has been excellent to work with throughout this whole process. I have written and received two school grants for a commercial convection oven and for a walk-in freezer. Zoey gave me updates throughout the process of ordering and was excellent to work with.

But what I love most about Chef's Deal is the beyond EXCELLENT customer service. An issue that most vendors might consider trivial becomes a top priority for their amazing customer service team!
