This is a very accurate thermometer for the oven. Very well made and worth the reasonable price.

Great to hear it! Thank you for your review, and your purchase. Keep us in mind for the future!
They ask for an honest experience so here it is.... First order.... Pizza oven. Was told I could expect it in 10 business days...we’ll after 3 weeks it finally came! No customer service tracking it for me, I had to call everyday and still they had no clue where it was! Nonetheless it came. I was told this never happens and would never happen again. Ok..... So I gave them a second chance. Second order....Pizza oven #2 Was told it would definitely not be 3 weeks like last time. Well now it’s been 6 weeks and still no delivery of the equipment I purchased over a month ago!!! The COO of this company is a joke, she has no idea where my equipment is and has no answers! No customer service, not an offer or discount, just basically saying sucks for you right now. Really? How do you have a job! Please do yourself a favor and stay away, I’m saving you from having a terrible experience. I hope this helps some of you who were thinking about buying from this company.

Joe - after speaking to our manager on the phone and finding out that all communication has been with your wife, and that she had not been passing that information on to you, you told us that you would be retracting this review based on the misinformation. I am sorry to see that you have not done so, since you made it seem that we had taken care of the issues you thought that you had.
I spoke with a representative on the phone before placing my order online and she was very knowledgeable about the product I was inquiring about and very respectful and customer focused. I would definitely recommend them.

I can't reach them with the phone because of the timezone. Lead times is to long for me. But service is good and product is perfect. I buy oven from them and it works without any problem. Thanks.
