Cheerlending loan officers are some of the greatest in the refi world. Kristin and Jessica would say they were going to call me at a date and time and they always called just as they said they would making my refi run smoothly.

The staff at CHEER LENDING have once again walked us through another mortgage during this challenging and chaotic time. For them it was a breeze. Thad, Jessica and Amy worked extremely hard in finding us the best rate of the market, a reputable company and closing within about 30 days. Terrific. They were able to answer all of our questions and stayed in touch directly and completely throughout the process. This isn’t the first time we’ve used CHEER LENDING and it won’t be the last.

My experience with Kristin Hinitt was 5 stars. This process was very nerveracking, but she made me so comfortable and was able to guide through it.

The Cheerlending team (Kristin & Jessica) were very friendly and helpful. They were able to find us a much better rate than what we currently had and walked us through each step of the way so there were no surprises come signing time. I highly recommend reaching out to them.
