I would definitely recommend this company. They were very professional and handled everything in an express matter. They stayed in contact with me every step of the way. I did not have to call them to check the status they called me and it didn't take forever.

Al and Dan with Cheddar Capital were very professional and consultative. Their offer was very competitive. And once we decided to proceed, Dan was able to wrap things up quickly!

Approximately one year ago I was told by Cheddar capital that they accepted me for a loan. When I acceptef the I was told I was no longer approved I was contacted by them in the fall of 2017 about applying for a loan. I send information they ask him did not hear from them. This year a few weeks ago I was contacted once again I send the information requested and once again I was told I had a loan. When I was contacted by the company I told plus told that I had a loan and they what’s the fee that was more than 12% of the loan that had to be paid upfront. I signed the documents only to be told that I was not excepted for a loan because of information that cheddar M has had for over a year. Obviously the only presented part of my information to the loan company and in general just wasted my time. In someway if I’m happy that I did not get the loan that they claim I had because the pay a fee of 12% upfront and then have to pay interest on a loan when you’re paying interest on the fulsome and you have only received 88% of the money that you promised is ridiculous

Response from Cheddar Capital· May 4, 2018
We do our best to screen for liens, bankruptcies and fraud upfront but sometimes the underwriter misses it in the initial review. Thankfully our underwriters caught this loan before it went to funding otherwise we would have been funding a business with a recent open bankruptcy. We understand it is upsetting to some applicants who try and pull a fast one with our quick funding process. I would just like to say what a great job our staff did and always does to prevent these mishaps.
Very good people ,responed quickly and professionly ,are capaple of getting job done
