I noticed how the company is able to get people into their business without any hassle, I take pride in a company that is focused on building relationships with customers and employees. I feels like a family type business that cares and are committed to building lasting success.

UPDATED REVIEW I have used Checkr for many years and have completed 11 background checks through the company without any issues. My recent experience, however, was the first time I encountered a problem. A background check could not be completed, yet I was still being charged. It took several months of back-and-forth communication to get the issue resolved, which was frustrating. That said, I want to give credit where it’s due. After months of trying to resolve the matter, customer service ultimately stepped in, acknowledged the issue, apologized, and fully resolved it to my satisfaction. While I hope the company improves its process for handling incomplete reports so other customers don’t experience the same delays, I appreciate that they ultimately made it right. Because of that, I will continue using Checkr for my background check needs.
