Check Cherry is booking and client management software built for DJs, photographers, photo booth operators, mobile bartenders, entertainment companies, and event venues. We help event pros run their entire business in one place: online booking, proposals, contracts with e-signature, credit card and ACH payments, automated client communication, staff scheduling, and a branded client portal that makes the experience feel buttoned-up from inquiry to wrap-up.The platform was designed for businesses that sell with packages and add-ons, where every booking has details, options, and timelines that need to stay organized. Check Cherry replaces the patchwork of spreadsheets, PDFs, payment links, and contract apps that most event pros stitch together when they're starting out, and it scales with them as bookings grow. On average, customers see a 12% lift in add-on revenue, because the upsell happens naturally during the booking flow instead of getting forgotten in email threads.Check Cherry serves a wide range of event businesses. Wedding and event DJs use it to send proposals, collect deposits, and manage event-day timelines without a stack of separate tools. Photographers use it to streamline contracts, payment plans, and client communication from inquiry through delivery. Photo booth operators use it to handle multiple booths, packages, and travel logistics in one calendar. Mobile bartenders use it to capture leads and book recurring corporate events. Entertainment companies and venues use it to coordinate staff, multiple service offerings, and complex pricing. What makes us different is who we serve and how we support them. Check Cherry is purpose-built for the event industry, not a generic CRM bent into shape, so the workflows fit the way these businesses actually run. Our support team responds in minutes, not days, and we'd rather teach you how something works than do it for you and leave you stuck. We integrate with the tools event pros already rely on, including Google
