***REGARDING OF MY FIRST REVIEW*** I am expressing myself FREELY "IT IS MY RIGHT" IS EVERYTHING. I never said that it was a place to discuss internal matters, either with a co-worker, or with a supervisor or someone with a higher position than mine. Human Resources knows who the bitter Brad Osman is, EVERYONE at CCUSA knows how he treats those below him. It didn't bother me that they told me, leave before two weeks, NO. What really bothered me was the lack of respect of (Luis Mesa, DM) when he did not let me know his intentions before, he waited for me to return to work one day to do it, when he well knew that I could do it by text message or email appropriately. He did it because he got angry, and he wanted to try to humiliate me, making me get to work, making me waste MY TIME AND MONEY. WE ALL DESERVE RESPECT, Brad infected him with that, LACK OF RESPECT.

Check cashing usa, it is good with they employees✔ until you put your RESIGNATION ON THE TABLE or ask for a RAISE and if you do not agree they get ANGRY. I gave my TWO WEEKS NOTICE, and I did NOT accept the miserable raise they were offering me, after two years. So (LUIS, THE DM) didn't let me finish my two, without even having the courtesy to tell me to my face, MISERABLE. Both Luis, and the company check cashing usa, are a lack of RESPECT with they employees, since I am not the only one who has done this. I just had a surgery, and the only thing he should have told me was "thank you" don't come back and don't waste your time, knowing that I haven't even recovered well yet, and that I put the two weeks in order not to be "job abandonment" And what about (Brad osman)?? an bitter old man, who has never been taught EDUCATION and RESPECT for his subordinates, believes himself SUPERIOR to others, just because he is the owner or part of the check cashing usa family, he loves underestimates, mistreats and humiliates the little ones. He thinks he knows everything and thinks he is in control of everything, when he is nothing more than an old man who was never taught the meaning of "HUMILITY".

Stephanie, I am so sorry that you feel this way. Typically, when you tender your resignation, it is at the discretion of the company whether or not to allow you to remain till the end of the two weeks. Due to the nature of our business, and the fact that you no longer wanted to be employed here, we released you from that responsibility as it was in the best interest of both you and the company. This is a pretty common practice. Please note that it is not the job function of the District Manager to release employees of their position after a resignation. Check Cashing USA is very proud of the fact that during a full year of a global pandemic, we were able to keep ALL of our staff. We did not lay off anyone or furlough anyone. I understand your frustration over not receiving a cost of living increase, but the company was not in a position to do that. It was a business decision for everyone. With regards to any issue you may have with another employee, the HR department has an open door policy to address any issues that arise and this is not the venue to discuss such issues. We wish you well on your future career path.
