Super extra bad customer service, i was there 5 minutes ago, the manager assisted me while she was assisting other people and she was very rude, i asked her if i could make an extension of my cash advance but it was due yesterday which i knew so i called yesterday and told them that i was working that i couldn’t make it on friday and she said that it was fine that i could go on Saturday morning and have the extension. Now i get there and the manage with a very bad attitude she told me no, and then I explained to her that i called yesterday and they told me i could have the extension and she said that it was impossible, that it was illegal, and that part I understood but i kept explaining to her that someone else gave me another information the day before and she was very very very very RUDE, you should work in good customer service but specially starting with the Manager, like i said i am not recommending that place to anyone! And its not because I couldn’t get the extension after they told me i could, its because she was very rude, she spoke to me with a very bad attitude with no reason! Very disappointed because i have been with you guys for a lot of years!
