Yes very great experience

They will sell you a ticket, then turn it into a standby, say that it's full to then charge you 100's for getting another ticket. Customer service purposely will mumble words on the phone when it comes to the part that they try to explain what happened with the tickets and never have a supervisor available. Or they will say that they are the supervisor.

Roy Dawson was very helpful. He explained everything in a way I could understand. It would be a pleasure to work with him again.
