Got told the lot was full and to leave my car keys. Um no. Made a reservation and your full, also not leaving my keys. The attendants told me I'd get a full refund. Well, nope. They still charing me. So I'm filing fraud charges against them. Not to mention how creepy the attendants were at the lot.

I reserved parking at the Chicago O'Hare CTA Blue Line Cumberland Parking Garage through Cheapestairportparking.com, also known as Way. I paid a total of 39.12 dollars. My flight was delayed by two hours, so I arrived later than the checkout time I had reserved. At the gate I was told that since I was late that my voucher had expired and I had to pay the whole fee to get out of the lot. The fee I had to pay to get my car out of the lot was 32 dollars. Therefore, not only did I pay more than what the actual cost of the lot would have been if I didn't have a reservation by some 7 dollars, I wound up paying 71 dollars. This was a complete and total rip off. Their advertisement of 14 percent was a complete lie. There is no discount. In summary, the original price was about 2 dollars over the real price with a 5 dollar tax, which put the price over the actual garage (so much for a discount) and because my flight was delayed the original amount I paid was declared null and void, so I had to pay double. Do not use this service. If you are going to park at that horrible lot, go directly and pay at the gate as it is actually cheaper and you do not have to deal with an unhelpful staff who won't do anything for you. Terrible, I will never use this thing again.

DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE!! They will steal your money. I tried to park using their service but the place I tried to park told they don't work with cheapest airport parking anymore. So I had to pay them directly. I sent a message to cheapest airport parking amd explained my situation they asked a For a receipt and then stopped answering my emails. They STOLe over $100 from. DO NOT USE THEM. They will steal from you too

Scammers, took the money no real service..

I booked a car parking near DFW airport on October,2021 for 3 nights. My debit card went through and they already charged it. I have been waiting for a confirmation. Unfortunately, I have not received them before the day I was supposed to fly. I tried to call them to contact. No phone number and I tried to Email them too. Again, nothing was happened. Finally, I was calling to dispute this charge from my bank, he said it was taken about 3 months to be under investigation. I am OK as long as I will get my money back. Today, I got a letter from my bank about this charge is valid. How come? Don't trust this guy, he does not do a right and appropriately way of business does.

I paid online and when I showed up to my garage, It was full. My payment was already taken and there is no way for me to get my $275 back. they will not respond to my email. There is no # to call. Absolute BS!!!!

I tried to change garages after booking because I didn't know 24 hr shuttle wasn't provided until after I booked & paid!! I needed 5am Shuttle Bus but they don't start until 7 am. Didn't want cancel or refund, just wanted to change garages!! No one responded to request!! Terrible Customer Service!!
