considering I have never done it before it was good. Could have been better clearer. They put it in a pes file for me which was great. I just wish the finished product would have been cleaner, more detailed. But for my first try not bad.

The initial design was completed quickly. Very responsive and quick to provide edits. Everything they say about their services is accurate. The pricing is VERY reasonable you can have them test it for a small fee but I chose to do the testing to determine how it would stitch out on my machine and with the fabric I chose.
