Actual service is brilliant! Ganesh who is a product expert is amazing, he helped me even when I was a pain 😥. Although when emailing info@chatsupport to cancel my plan to try and create a new account t to upgrade they left me with no response. It made me and my team scared to deal with them in the future.

I've had a great experience with the support team behind ChatSupport! Very friendly and kind – willing to spend whatever time it takes to customize the service, fix issues, and walk you through the process. Above and beyond!
