My wife has an account with this service - apparently. She has tried to log in, but then it says there is no account with her details. But you are still billing her £29.99 a month. This company seems like an absolute scam. Can someone please provide a telephone number so this can be cancelled and she can be refunded all the costs that have been taken from her account?
