I had an excellent experience working with Sam at Charter Busline Corp in coordinating a Girls Trip for 55 passengers from Atlanta to Hilton Head Island, SC. From the very beginning, Sam was professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely committed to making sure every detail of our transportation needs was handled with care. Communication was prompt and clear throughout the entire process, and Sam went above and beyond to ensure everything was coordinated smoothly. It's refreshing to work with someone who values customer service and takes pride in delivering a positive experience. I highly recommend Charter Busline Corp to anyone looking for dependable, professional charter transportation. Thank you, Sam, for your exceptional service and for helping make our trip a success. I look forward to working with you again in the future!

We run an overnight summer camp and this is our second year in a row working with Charter Busline Corp. David is THE BEST! When we had a mishap with booking on our end, he found us a new bus within a couple of hours and fixed the problem. He goes above and beyond in his customer service. When we had a 13 year old forget his phone on the bus, he immediately contacted the operator to have them search for it and get it back to us. He negotiated prices for us, which as a grassroots nonprofit, was beyond helpful! We definitely plan to work with them in the many years to come! Thank you, David!
