About Charqute
Charqute is a boutique charcuterie and cheese board company founded in Los Angeles in 2020 by Karreno Alexanyan. We create beautifully arranged charcuterie boards, cups, and grazing tables using premium meats, artisan cheeses, fresh fruits, nuts, and accompaniments, all hand-assembled to order. Based in Burbank, California, we proudly serve customers across the greater Los Angeles area for birthdays, corporate events, weddings, holiday gatherings, and everyday celebrations. Every board is customizable to fit dietary preferences, portion sizes, and personal taste, from intimate charcuterie cups for two to elaborate spreads for large parties. We source high-quality ingredients and pay close attention to presentation, so every order looks as good as it tastes. In addition to our signature charcuterie boards, we have offered hands-on charcuterie board making classes, a fun and interactive experience for groups looking to learn the art of board building, and we are considering bringing this class back for the holiday season. Customers can place orders directly through our website for local delivery or pickup in Burbank. Our team is committed to responsive communication and making the ordering process simple, whether you are planning weeks in advance or need something on short notice. We take pride in being a small, detail-oriented business that treats every order, no matter the size, with the same level of care and craftsmanship. Our regular hours are Monday through Saturday 9 AM to 4 PM and Sunday 9 AM to 1 PM.
