Charmlry kept me up to date on my order progress and they sent me a picture of what the name was going to look like before finalizing it! I was very pleased with the pattern/design the first time!! When I received my necklace, it was in a nice little bag. The chain is a decent amount of thickness, and I liked the length that I ordered! I have already given the information to the teller at my bank because she loves unusual jewelry! I will be recommending it to everyone!

The pendant was beautiful and well received! The staff were all helpful and willingly did a re-design when I wasn't completely happy with the initial concept design. Fun process

The staff was so accommodating. I ordered 2, one for me and one for husband, same name. But the design was a little too feminine for my husband and they let me change the name for his no problem. Ordering more now for my mom, sister and daughter.
