The necklace and keychain I ordered are beautiful. I have not taken the necklace off since I got it!!! I was updated every step of the way during the process of creating both the keychain and the necklace.

Custom charms were so cute with the first design! Very easy ordering process and they kept me updated on order status the whole time! Charms are on the chain and not attached to the chain like pictured allowing me to move 2 charms to the same necklace. Definitely recommend.

Although the design was okay the quality of the pendant and chain were very poor. It's almost like plastic. The clasp is heavier than the pendant so it's always tangled with the pendant. I contacted Charmlry who would only sell me a shorter chain. No thank you. What a waste of money.
