Would give 0 stars if possible

Would give 0 stars if possible. Short version is paid for 2-day priority shipping. After 3 days and the item not even shipped I contacted the business number and got a text back at 4 AM! Saturday morning. Called the number and the gentleman with a heavy accent was extremely rude. Related I wanted to just cancel the order since it hadn't even shipped and he bluntly related he wasn't going to do that and as soon as they could they would ship it priority. He then just hung up! DO NOT EVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS SHAM COMPANY!

Dear Charles, We are sorry to hear about your dissatisfaction and would like to clarify several important facts regarding your order. Your order was placed on September 29, 2026, at 5:16 PM. As we specialize in made-to-order products, fulfillment begins promptly after purchase. Our published Cancellation Policy allows customers to cancel within **12 hours of placing an order**. Your cancellation request was received on October 3, several days after this window had expired. You can review our policy here: https://charmingfamilygift.com/pages/cancellation-policy Regarding priority shipping, our website clearly distinguishes between **2–3 business days for order handling** and **2 business days for shipping transit**, with an estimated total delivery time of 4–5 business days. Two-day shipping does not mean delivery within two days of placing the order. Our Shipping Policy is available here: https://charmingfamilygift.com/policies/shipping-policy Most importantly, your order was subsequently fulfilled and, according to our delivery records, successfully delivered through UPS. We recognize that UPS was used instead of the FedEx service listed in our shipping policy and are willing to review any difference in the expedited shipping service provided. We also regret that your telephone experience left you dissatisfied. We take such feedback seriously and strive to communicate with every customer respectfully. While we respect your right to share your experience, we respectfully disagree with the characterization of our business as a "sham." This was a genuine order that was processed, fulfilled, and delivered. We remain available at [email protected] to address any outstanding concerns. Kind regards, **Charming Family Gift LLC Customer Support Team**
