2 accounts now £260 no reply bennys don't work and asked for money to fix it

Had to leave town and had a friend send off for some modded money and they accidentally sent the wrong 2FA codes, CM sent email stating the problem and my side tried to fix it (sent wrong codes again) and asked, begged for helped and that was on Saturday (I even ordered a modded account that day just to see if they'd anwser me) and i got back on Wednesday and corrected it and didn't hear a word from my boyz at charlie modz the whole time, I even addressed it and apologized etc and as soon as I did that they got on it to mod it. I showed nothing but love with the little army of business I brought their way and I feel like there's some type of animosity, but we'll see my next order. Another thing THE CHAT on the website 👎 how yall gonna have a chat, stating you're here to help then refere that person to facebook 🙂 I'm just venting and trying to improve the system. Much love though and no hard feelings hopefully
