Hi, thanks for letting us know! We appreciate the feedback and we apologize it was a bit confusing at first. We are really, truly always striving to make it super duper easy for people to buy cards/make their donation, and we would love to hear any suggestions or ideas from you, if you have a few minutes. Our email is [email protected] and we are on that email 24/7. We hope to hear from you!

Hi! Thank you for this great review! We really appreciate it. Is there anything we can be doing to get you to a 5-star rating? We sure love to be giving 100% to our donors as often as we can.

Yes! We completely agree. We all personally love our own spam filters (for the most part) but they are pesky for the rest of us when they try to filter out nice things like presents and gifts and Charity On Top cards. It doesn't always happen, because it depends heavily on the recipient's own spam filters (Google spam settings vs Outlooks spam settings, etc). We had a really good meeting with our developers today and asked them to spend more time trying to determine how we can best handle some cards going to spam. 12/18/2021 update: We are happy to say that we have changed email providers for our digital gift cards and the open rate is much better! Way fewer emails are going into spam folders now! We will always re-send digital cards out for our customers - either to the same email or to another email address. We are here to assist. This isn't the best solution, but maybe a decent interim option - we suggest sending (when ordering) the digital card to yourself and then forwarding the gift to your recipient from your personal email address. Thanks for taking the time to write the review and share your feedback. We are so glad you "love" our service and our charity gift cards!
