I love these plates however, the way they arrived was unacceptable. I use these for my business and because of the cheap plastic packaging, the packaging inside the shipping box was broken open and many of the plates were damaged as a result and I had to throw some away. Great product but you need to improve how you pack and protect the plates for shipping.

Unfortunately we recieved our heart boards after the Valentine rush and it was delayed 3 times by shipping. Very frustrating as we had it up on our website and product was supposed to arrive Tuesday and didn’t reciebe until late Friday. Now stuck with 75 heart boards.

I asked to cancel the order before it was shipped. It was still delivered to me and now I’m unable to return it.

This was my first time ordering. I absolutely loved the concept. However, they weren’t what I expected. The cracked and broke far too easily.

Cheap and fragile for the price.its not supporting a lot of weight. I broke one just by taking it out of the box.
