Thank you for your feedback and for raising these important points. We want to clarify that while we provide deeply discounted services—often at cost or with up to 75% off—for nonprofits and charities, CharityHost.org is not itself a registered nonprofit organization. The decision not to pursue 501(c)(3) status is due to the significant regulatory, administrative, and financial requirements involved in the U.S., such as maintaining a board and ongoing compliance. For now, we operate as an LLC to focus our resources on supporting our customers and charitable initiatives as effectively as possible. We are committed to addressing all concerns respectfully and ethically. While we strive for transparency and continuous improvement, we recognize that no organization is perfect. We ask that discussions remain constructive; repeated negative or misleading reviews do not help foster a fair dialogue. We value honest feedback and are always open to addressing genuine concerns, but we encourage all participants to engage respectfully and avoid personal attacks or trolling, which undermine productive conversation. Thank you for your understanding.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts. We take pride in providing quality services and responsive support to all our customers, and we believe our existing clients can attest to this commitment. We strive to maintain a respectful and constructive environment for everyone. While we welcome all feedback, we do not tolerate insults, personal attacks, or trolling, as these violate our Acceptable Use Policy. We ask that all interactions—public or private—remain professional and respectful. Thank you for your understanding.

Thank you for your feedback. We take our Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) very seriously to ensure a safe and fair environment for all users. Repeated violations of our AUP, even on free FTP storage accounts, can unfortunately lead to account suspension and, in some cases, termination. We always encourage open and respectful communication. When customers reach out to us directly, we do our best to resolve issues amicably and with mutual respect. Our goal is always to find a fair solution whenever possible. However, we cannot tolerate personal attacks, insults, or attempts to defame our staff and organization—whether in private communications or public forums. Such behavior, alongside continued AUP violations, is a primary reason for account suspension or termination. We want to clarify that actions taken are based on policy violations and not on whether a customer shares the outcome or feedback online. In fact, we have previously waived administrative fees and reinstated accounts when customers have constructively engaged with us. We value all our customers and strive to treat everyone with respect. We ask for the same courtesy in return so we can work together to resolve any concerns. Thank you for your understanding.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. At CharityHost.org, we are committed to providing excellent customer service and building positive relationships with all of our clients. We value open and respectful communication, and we always strive to resolve any issues fairly and professionally. However, we must uphold our Acceptable Use Policies to ensure a safe and supportive environment for everyone. We cannot tolerate abusive behavior, threats, or public insults directed at our team or our company. Such actions undermine the trust and respect that are essential to a healthy customer-provider relationship. If you are seeking a hosting provider that aligns with your expectations, we encourage you to choose a company that best fits your needs. We wish you the best with your future endeavors and thank you for considering CharityHost.org.
