I found your site very difficult to find details about glasses and had to go back and forth between your site and Gemini to get details on different models. Gemini had the info so it must be somewhere but I couldn't find what I wanted about the range of the glasses and how dark they got.

Got them as a gift from my wife. The glasses stopped working completely after 2nd use. I've contacted their support email 3 times and tried calling. No response at all. Now I'm stuck with a $300 piece of cheap plastic in a drawer. Save yourself the headaches and just avoid this company.

A pair that fails after two uses is a warranty case, and three unanswered emails on top of that is not something I can explain away. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! It feels like I have been scammed. I ordered ome glasses nearly a month ago and they have yet to be shipped, when i have asked for an update i have received the same generic response that there is a delay and it will be shipped shortly. There had been no update to say that they are working on the delay. For such and expensive and premium product you would expect better customer service and prompt shipping. I think ill have to request a refund because at this point I dont think ill be getting them any time soon.

I’ve made two orders First one took 1 month and a halve to arrive because it was international shipping. Second pair made a national shipping to us. It’s been 30 days since I placed the order and there has not been any changes in fulfillment stats it just says preaparing order. Trises contacting email, Instagram TikTok and no response at all, just generic responses saying we are sorry someone is going to contact you and no one contacts me to get this issue resolved Very disappointing
