An exceptional experience from start to finish. They understood my background immediately, communicated clearly, and guided me through every step with professionalism and integrity. They don’t just place candidates — they match the right leaders with the right roles. Highly recommend for any senior finance professional or company seeking true CFO-level talent.

Chris develops strong relationships with candidates and the hiring company as she truly cares. She clearly understands the hiring company's needs and which candidates will match. She communicates clearly, clarifies expectations and "checks in" along the hiring process. I wholeheartedly recommend Chris to help with your company's hiring.

Working with Christine was very smooth. She stayed in top of communications, not letting time elapse to much between activities. She established my desired compensation range and the value I brought to the employer which was slightly higher than their original targeted range. She followed up with me multiple times after I started to confirm things were going well. I trust Christine and would use her to recruit for me and would definitely seek her for any personal needs. I highly recommend.

CFO recruit was able to introduce several dozen excellent candidates that we would never have accessed otherwise. They prescreened down to about a dozen candidates, each surpassing my expectations. The process was easy, effective, and resulted in the hiring of the person we needed.

CFO Recruit is top notch, very professional and the best at what they do. We engaged them to help us find a new CFO for our company and could not have asked for things to go any smoother. Really enjoyed working with Christine and you could tell she really wanted to understand our needs so she could find us the best candidate for our company. Very happy with the results and would highly recommend to any company looking to hire for a financial leadership position.
