He kept in communication every step of the process which was completed quickly and efficiently. We appreciated his sincere efforts and were very pleased with the overall experience with the Certified Rate Team.

He helped and guided us every step in getting the loan closed and get a good refinance rate. I did not have any communication gap during this process with Keith. He answered all my questions during this process. Thank you Keith for making the process go smoother and easier.
