The process was easy the agent was helpful and explained everything and walked me through the process. it's important that the prices are reasonable for small businesses

I'm not sure if this a legitimate business. I can't get anyone to call me back. When I called, what sounded like a confused teenager answered and no one ever got back to me. They keep asking for audit information that I sent 3x. They send letters and emails. They threaten that it's a crime not to complete it but I did complete it and sent it three times!!! I don't know what else to do but to report them. So glad I switched to another company as my business scales. Do not use this company!!!
